Unit 1B is a good fit for a couple, with one bedroom and one and a half baths. We’ve stayed at Romar Tower several times and have always been pleased. It was repainted and freshened up in the last three years, with hardly any scuffs on the walls or baseboards, and newer appliances. It’s close to the beach door, but quiet hours are strictly enforced starting at 10 p.m. We never had to wait for an elevator. Romar Towers is on the west end of Orange Beach on Beach Blvd, yet dining and groceries are still nearby. We recommend Romar Towers, this unit, and Bender Realty for an Orange Beach stay.

The condos are really nice, and beach access is great. There aren’t any amenities, though the pool is available and kind of small. There’s also a really nice turf area for grilling during your stay, and it’s a great spot for crab hunting.

We stayed in 8D and loved it. The ocean and beach view was perfect, and the building is well cared for. It’s easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and stores. They’re remodeling the building now, so the front doesn’t look great, but we still loved our stay.

Liquid Life Properties was great to work with, and the beach location is excellent. The entrance sign is small and hard to spot at night, though, and getting in and out of the parking lot can be tricky. We stayed in 6A, which needs overall TLC. The ice maker or freezer dripped water onto the kitchen floor, but a service person came quickly and fixed it. There were electrical problems throughout: outlets pushed into the wall when things were plugged in, and some worked only intermittently. There was black mold and peeling on the ceiling and wall, a broken closet door, and a broken master toilet seat. You also have to hold the toilet handle down to flush.

My family stayed here and the room looked great, with an excellent view. The pool area was nice and somewhat small, but it wasn’t crowded. The beach was nice too, with chair and umbrella rentals available through a beach service.
