Our place, #25, was fine and very clean, inside and out. The master bed was great, with memory foam, and the washer, dryer, and oven/cooktop were very nice. Everything else felt dated but did the job. The three story building has 20 rooms on each floor, with five rooms facing the beach and a great view. The building itself is dated, and each owner decorates their own unit, but ours was adequate.

The beach was wonderful and easy to get to. I'm glad the weather was perfect, because we spent most of our time away from the dump we stayed in. Unit #22 was a terrible choice. The Cohen Family has done a terrible job maintaining it. We knew it hadn't been remodeled and were fine with that, but it was filthy. There looked to be at least six months of dust on the blinds, picture frames, and headboards. The shower curtains had mold, the toilets had dried urine spots, and a dirty towel was left in one bathroom. The sheets seemed clean but were so old they had holes, and the towels were old too. The microwave had broken plastic, the dishwasher leaked, the couches were worn with discolored armrests, the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and pieces of kitchen tile were broken with grout missing. David Cohen tried to vacuum right under our feet while our kids were there and didn't seem interested in looking at the problems. He was meant to come clean the next day while we were out, but never showed. I hope they refund at least part of the cleaning fee. We left the place no dirtier than it was when we arrived. They took the listing off VRBO, so we couldn't leave a review there. Stay far away from Unit 22.

Great spot, right at the end of the beach. The condo sleeps eight, and getting to the beach takes a little hike. We had an awesome stay.

Unit 21 was peaceful and quiet, and really relaxing. It was very clean, the pool was nice, and getting to the beach was easy. A great vacation spot.

Being right by the jetty was my favorite part. I could go fishing there, and the Marina, restaurants, and bars are across the street. This place suited me better than a big resort, and I found it peaceful and pretty. The walk to the beach was long for some people in my group, though I loved the scenery. A big family could feel crowded here, right on top of each other, but the condo and pool were clean. Value, quality, and amenities were each a 3 out of 5.
