The location is great, and our condo was ok. They updated the pool some years ago, but there’s still no hot tub. One would be nice for guests visiting in the early or late season.

We went over Thanksgiving and had no trouble parking two cars. The outdoor pool was amazing for the kids, and getting to the beach was super easy. The indoor pool was nice too. Enclave 307 was wonderful, clean, and easy to use. I’d stay there a million more times.

Parking has been a problem every time. We booked a condo and couldn’t park there because every space was taken. Now there’s one parking spot per reservation, with a fee. Our party of 10 needs at least two spots, so we’ll definitely find somewhere else to stay.

Unit 806 felt like heaven, with a balcony on the 8th floor looking out over the beach and ocean. It was modern and tastefully done, with new, clean furniture, comfortable beds, and plenty of extra linens. The kitchen had everything, and the location was perfect, close to shopping and food.

Mark greeted us with such courtesy. He was quite the talker and a pleasant character. The location was prime, with a pool just outside the patio area and only a 40 foot walk to the beach. Our spacious, relaxing unit was wonderful for six people. We had a fantastic stay and will return when we get the chance.
