We love being able to rent our condo to guests and stay there with our family, too. We own Orange Beach Vibes - Tidewater 204, manage the unit ourselves, and work to keep it in excellent condition.

Beach access was easy even for my elderly mom, who has trouble getting around. She came to the beach with me every day and even waded into the warm ocean, which made some great memories. The neighborhood also has plenty of good restaurants and affordable activities. At Sunkissed Shore at Tidewater Condo, our 11th-floor room had beautiful beach and ocean views. I loved having coffee on the 21’ balcony and taking sunrise photos. The beds were cozy, and the PG pillows, four on each bed just as I like, helped me sleep soundly. It was peaceful on the floor, too. Three nights went by too quickly, so next time I’d book at least five.
The mattresses were the one thing I’d change. The ones in our condo felt pretty worn, though the beds were otherwise decent. Everything else suited our first trip to Orange Beach well, and we’d stay again. The condo was clean, with the appliances and kitchen basics we needed. Towels were provided in plenty, and having a washer and dryer was handy. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great. Getting to the beach was easy along a sturdy wooden walkway, with hoses to rinse off the sand. We had a great view, and it seemed like every condo faced the gulf. I’d read other reviews mentioning dirt and roaches, but during our visit the place was very clean and I didn’t see a single bug.
We had a nice balcony on level 4 with a gorgeous view, and the front room had a little balcony of its own with a view, too. There were six of us, two adults and four kids ages 3-16, and the spacious unit had everything we needed. We spent six nights here over New Year’s. It’s a well-kept place, and we made good use of the indoor pool as well as the outdoor one. Since we came in winter, elevator waits weren’t bad, though I can imagine that being an issue in a busier season. Stores, activities, and restaurants are close by. I’d definitely stay again.
Dana was fantastic to deal with, and the whole rental went smoothly. Orange Beach is a little quieter than Gulf Shores, but there’s still plenty to do. I’d highly recommend this unit. We spent a week in condo 704 at the Sanctuary by the Sea. It’s beautifully renovated, well equipped, and has incredible views. The kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances needed to cook. Although it’s a one-bedroom condo, the bunk beds and queen-size sofa bed provide plenty of sleeping space. The complex has two pools, a hot tub, and easy beach access.
