Courtyard Jacksonville Orange Park

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious restaurant food and the awesome service from the server working Friday night 1/2/2026. I can’t remember her name, but she and Toni, the bartender, were phenomenal. Thanks for making the experience great. My husband and I will be back soon.

We had a King Room with a balcony and loved being able to step out for fresh air. The room was clean, spacious enough, and had a comfortable bed. The woman at the front desk yesterday evening, whose name I forgot 🤦‍♀️, was SUPER nice, helpful, welcoming, and accommodating. The woman cleaning the room this morning was really nice too, and all the staff we met were friendly. I sat on the edge of the pool around 8-9pm last night. The water felt great, and the pool looked super clean. I wish I’d had time to get all the way in, maybe next time 😉. Everything was great during our stay with my bf last night (7-23-2025). I’d definitely recommend it and stay again if I’m in the area. Keep up the great job!!! 🙂❤️

I was here for work for over a week, but on my Saturday and Sunday rest days I had to put up with blaring music from events at the hotel. I don’t know if this location has a designated event room, but wherever they held them, the noise was so loud that nobody else in the hotel could relax. Never again at this hotel.

The towels and linens are easily among the five cleanest I’ve come across. Everything else is good, but housekeeping was still just doing “water wipe downs,” as it was a year and a half ago at this location. That leaves the rooms smelling like an old person’s house, and it’s not sanitary. I travel for work all the time and used to be a housekeeper many years ago, so I’ve seen plenty. I’d rate the place lower for this, but that would go against my own rating standards. Please give the housekeepers cleaners and have them use them, for everyone’s well-being. I brought this up a year and a half ago, and now I’m reviewing it publicly.
