I’ve been here almost a year, and this longer stay in a suite has turned out better than most apartments I’ve lived in. The people are friendlier, and a lot of us are here after having a hard time in one way or another. It means a lot to see people get back on their feet, set goals, and reach them. Life has its ups and downs, and making the best of the worst is hard when life knocks you flat and you can’t see a way forward, but it can happen 🌞. I have nothing bad to say about the staff. Many have been here a while and try to help with whatever’s needed. Mike, Carl, Forrest and family are super good people, and I love the cleaning ladies too, though I haven’t learned their names yet. We’ve been living at the Orange Park location for six months after losing our place, and my two sons and I have had a very good experience. I’m thankful to have a roof over our heads, a kitchen to cook a warm meal, and a full refrigerator for food. Whenever I ask manager Mr Mike for something, whether a TV remote or a light bulb, he’s polite, courteous, and accommodating. Mr Forrest, the maintenance director, is just as courteous, and the housekeeping team is awesome. Thank you for your hospitality.

Mike at the front desk is courteous, friendly, helpful, and very professional. The TV is good, a 50-inch set with movie channels. There are some drawbacks: the place should have pots and pans, there’s no ice machine, laundry takes a debit card only, and the front desk is closed Sundays. It’s open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

We’re currently living at the Orange Park location, and the manager and staff are great. Mike truly cares, and that makes the difference for us. It’s why we stay.
