I entered the wrong travel dates when booking and made another reservation with the right dates. The hotel wouldn't cancel the original booking. I was also told they have a severe bed bug infestation. Save your money.

The room I ended up in was clean enough for the bed, and I slept okay, but the first one smelled strongly of cigarettes. The second smelled like urine, and there was dried, caked pee around the toilet, even though the room had no carpet. The breakfast interaction was what took this from a three-star experience to a one-star one. I went downstairs to get food for my partner and me. The counter had very little out, and three women behind it watched me as I made a plate to share. When I checked the juice before pouring a little into my reusable 20-ounce blender bottle, the oldest woman, who had short white hair, loudly called out, “MA'AM. MA'AM. CAN I HELP YOU. MA'AM, CAN I HELP YOU??” I said I was fine and thanked her. Then she snapped, “Don't you fill that cup!” There was maybe six ounces in it, if that. I asked whether she'd stop someone from refilling a plastic cup a few times, and told her she should make guests feel welcome instead of harassing them. I also suggested putting out more food rather than staring. I walked away upset. I'm appalled by how she treated me, and hope her manager addresses it ASAP. She shouldn't be working in hospitality. In reply to the response: the team didn't exceed expectations, or even try to meet basic ones. I won't stay here again.

A warning if you're arriving low on charge and counting on the advertised EV charger: it overheats and shuts off, even at a low amperage setting. A staff member said people had been complaining that it hadn't worked for a couple of months.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our four-night stay. Breakfast was good and hot, though it was exactly the same all four days. We only used the pool one day because it was very cloudy and green; they cleaned it, and it was good afterward. There was no discount for staying multiple nights. Their website doesn't say they only recognize service animals, not support animals. They tried to ask what disability the animal was for, and charge $30 per animal per night plus tax. They tax the pet fee too. Make sure you tell them about an animal and have it noted on the reservation, or they may wait and then try to charge you $150 for not disclosing it. Luckily, the housekeeping lady remembered me from when I arrived two days earlier. It's not a big deal, just be clear about your pet.
