The quiet street made for a really restful night, and the room was spotless and much quieter than I expected. Breakfast hit the spot. Check-in was already taken care of before we had much time to settle in, and the team was warm and on top of things without sounding rehearsed. For the price, the quality and welcome felt like a find. We’d happily stay again.

The room was small, and the heater was really loud. I also noticed a smoke smell in the hall. I never saw anyone smoking, but the hall windows had been left open to try to cover it up, and the odor was still obvious. The worst part was the noise next door: those guests came in around midnight and kept it up until about 3:00 a.m., then started again at 5:00 a.m. when I called the front desk. The response wasn't very sympathetic. We won't stay here again when we're in the area.

There are shops, food, and coffee within walking distance, and the hotel is conveniently just off the freeway. I had a clean room and a comfortable bed, plus a balcony overlooking the river. The front desk staff were friendly and made check-in easy. The onsite restaurant was good, with generous portions at a good price, and the lounge was a nice extra with happy hour food and drink specials. I'd definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

I've stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. The rooms were clean, and check-in was smooth and easy. There's a restaurant and bar on the property, with outdoor seating and a river view. I'll definitely stay here again.

The riverfront view was lovely, and the beds were super comfortable. A couple of days ago I was having a terrible day, but the guy at the front desk went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. It was a great experience.
