We were here for four nights, then had to add an unscheduled extra night because of a storm. What could’ve been a disaster turned out great thanks to Kathy, who went above and beyond to help with the rooms. The rooms are also clean, nice, and spacious, and the front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful. We’ll definitely only stay here when we’re back in Toledo. Thanks, Kathy!

The free breakfast was good, and the young woman working at the desk and keeping the breakfast stocked was friendly. The hotel is still being renovated. My room was nice, though the TV didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience that didn’t bother me much. The so-called fitness room is basically a mop closet with, I think, a treadmill, an elliptical, and a bike. You can check out a very limited set of free weights at the desk, but there’s no bench. When I asked about the posted notice for complimentary access to Snap Fitness, the rude desk attendant said the setup was “fully functional.”

The room’s TV was small compared with other hotels, but there were lots of channels, including paid preview channels like HBO. The room and the hotel were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was good too.

Our train was delayed, so we arrived extremely late, but the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean and the workers were friendly. It was a great experience.

The hotel was really busy while we were there, and the woman running the breakfast buffet was exceptional. She was the only one handling it, though, and was clearly overwhelmed with no one around to help. That’s a staffing problem. There wasn’t an ice machine on our floor either, which was surprising. Our rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly.
