Our golf group has been coming to Lake Morey Resort for 16 years, and it's become a special tradition. The beautiful setting and welcoming feel are familiar and relaxing each time, and the experience keeps bringing us back. The golf staff have always been terrific, organized, friendly, and clearly committed to making each round enjoyable. Resort staff throughout the stay are also warm, helpful, and attentive, from check-in and dining to all the little interactions. Their professionalism and kindness make a lasting impression. After all these visits, Lake Morey Resort still exceeds our expectations. We highly recommend it for the location, service, and people.

We had a wonderful February break at Lake Morey Resort with our daughters, who were 7 and 10. There was plenty to keep the kids busy all day: swimming, ice skating, snow shoeing, ping pong, coloring, board games, s’mores by a camp fire, and a movie in the theater. The food was delicious, too. Even my hard to please 10 year old asked to come back every February break. A five star gem for our family from Albany, NY.

We were there for a one day seminar in a lovely location. The facilities were well light and worked for our group of 100. Breakfast was delicious, with coffee, muffins, assorted breads, and a veggie quiche. Lunch was a hot buffet of chicken, specialty maple mac&cheese, veggies, and rolls.

A family welcoming resort with thoughtful service. The buffet dishes were well chosen and prepared, with something everyone could enjoy. The lake makes for lasting memories, whether you go skating or just take in the view.

I'm glad we only had to spend one night here. We were on a bus tour, so it wasn't our choice, and I'll never take another tour that includes this "resort." Our first room had such a strong odor that it burned our eyes and gave me a headache. Opening the windows barely helped. We went to dinner hoping it would improve, but it hadn't, so we asked to move. The second room had no smell, but it was filthy. Both rooms had mold on the curtains, and the second also had mold in the tub and a dirty throw rug. The mattresses looked 50 years old, and sleeping on them was horrible. This place needs a serious top to bottom renovation. The hallway carpeting is especially awful and looks like it's been there since the 1980s. I took pictures of all of it, but the site wouldn't let me post them.
