All-new Mid Century Modern Penthouse 3 Bedroom Home by RedAwning

I was there for a work conference and spent hours dealing with problems that made the stay really difficult. The Airbnb towels were wet when we arrived, laid on the beds, and even the comforters were damp. There was a beeping noise in the unit the whole time, so we had to buy earplugs to sleep. There was also a water leak. The first tech left the towels used to soak it up on the floor, which was gross. American Star asked if a second tech could come at 4:30pm, and I agreed. They showed up at 10:45pm and stayed until 11:45pm while we were all asleep. Another tech moved furniture while trying to find the beeping, then left it out of place, so we had to move it back. When I first complained, the host said they had done things to help, but some of those claims were lies. I have screenshots to prove it. This host lacks professionalism and integrity.
