For an affordable stay around Orlando, the price is the main draw. The outdoor patio and backyard were pleasant, self-check-in went smoothly, and the staff checked in during my stay to see if I needed anything. They called it a “Bed & Breakfast,” though there wasn’t a formal breakfast. The hosts did leave two muffins in the room. Comfort was a problem. There’s a ceiling fan, but no thermostat in the room, so you have little control over the temperature. The decor and upkeep felt more like a lived-in house than a polished home away from home. The shower curtain was dirty on both sides, and the area behind the toilet was unhygienic. Renovation work with drilling and banging continued past 11:00 PM despite the house rules. It may have been a one-off project, but it disrupted my stay and seemed inconsiderate of guests. Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Weigh those issues against your own budget and needs.

The host was responsive and kind, and the location was handy while still feeling peaceful. Our villa was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. We had a lovely stay and would gladly return.

There are two sinks in the bathroom, which is nice, but no soap or handwash. There’s no housekeeping either. The AC is controlled centrally, so you can’t set the temperature in your own unit. Other guests ignored quiet hours, and the host did nothing about it.

There wasn’t anyone on site to help when we raised concerns, which made an already frustrating stay worse. From arrival through departure, the room smelled persistently of smoke and mildew. With my asthma and allergies, that was uncomfortable and felt unhealthy. The room was visibly dirty, with dust and grime on the floors, walls, and other surfaces. My fiancé has a severe nut allergy, and we found an almond beside the bed, a serious hazard that points to poor cleaning. The towels were stained brown, and there was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The room had a wobbly mini fridge, stained walls, dusty surfaces, dirty towels, and a partly used mouthwash bottle, which was inappropriate. For the quality, it was grossly overpriced and unprofessional. I’m requesting a full refund because the conditions fell below basic cleanliness and hospitality standards. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
