Beautiful Townhome, Vista Cay Resort Direct - 4010

We were there for a week on a business trip, and the apartments were well equipped with excellent Wi-Fi. We didn’t run into any problems. The Vistacay team were especially considerate and helpful, particularly Denise. The resort is across the street from Orange County Convention Center and near Orlando Pointe, so there are plenty of places to eat or get a drink.

We won’t stay here again. Our group arrived at 2:30 and spent time at the pool until a little after 3, since VRBO said check-in was after 3 p.m. The resort Welcome Packet email, though, said 4 p.m. When we went into the rental, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned. The property manager asked us to wait another hour and said it should be ready by 4, but we had somewhere else to be, so we started getting ready in the living room while the one cleaner worked around us. I messaged the owner about the issue and never heard back. Be cautious with this owner and property.

Upscale place. I love everything about it and highly recommend it.
