Tamee was so warm and helpful, sharing lots of useful tips for places nearby. The rest of the staff were friendly too. We spent five nights here and found the room spacious and quiet, which made it easy to rest after long days at the parks. The shuttle to and from Disney was very convenient. A lovely place for a vacation.

The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the pizza place inside was great. We could also use the pool and amenities at the sister hotel, which was a real bonus. Everyone was friendly, from the front desk and dining staff to housekeeping. The cleaning staff made the beds every day and even tucked my daughter’s plushes into them to make her feel at home. This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I can’t say enough good things about it.

The Bible in the room meant a lot to me. I believe the world needs more of Jesus. Buena Vista is also clean and affordable, with an unmatched location, punctual and professional shuttle service, clean rooms, and customer service that’s there when you need it. I’d recommend it to anyone, 10 out of 10.

We came back with the family for a second stay, and loved it again. The room was just as nice, the staff provided excellent service, and we barely waited for the elevators. After days at Disney or Universal, the hotel bistro was a tasty option for dinner. Five stars.

Tamee, who worked in the breakfast area, was so kind and sweet to our family. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the hotel itself was very nice. It’s also close to Disney World and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our family had a great stay at Buena Vista Suites Orlando, and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend it.
