Caribe Royale Orlando

The room was beautiful, spotless, and really comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. This was my first time here, and the concierge opened the car door and pointed me where I needed to go. The front desk wasn’t too busy, so we were helped right away. The staff were polite and efficient. There are lots of restaurants in the facility, including a Starbucks. We had dinner at the steakhouse, and the food and presentation were spot on. The whole evening went perfectly. This place has it together and is extremely well priced for what you get. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed. Management should be proud of the team and facility. Thank you for everything!

My family and I spent a few days here with our little dog, and I was delighted that the hotel is pet-friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the pool was spacious and spotless. I have no complaints and will definitely come back. The staff were all amazing. Steven at the pool was especially kind and hardworking, and Karla at the front desk was wonderful too.

We had a great stay, and the place was clean everywhere. There’s a breakfast buffet/caffe, a pool bar serving drinks and food, a Starbucks, and a shop where you can get a swimsuit if you forgot yours. The pool has a slide and two hot tubs, plus other things. It was busy with families and kids, so the pool got crowded during the day. But it stays open until 10 p.m., and we enjoyed it even more in the evening. There were always enough seats and clean towels.

The pool was a nice bonus, with a waterfall, little slide, and a bar right beside it. I also had a great visit at the nail salon. I was there for a conference, and the hotel is huge: three room towers, with the conference buildings behind the second one. It was an easy walk between my room and the meetings, though a bit of a hike. There’s a shuttle if you’d rather not walk. My room was clean, tidy, and comfortable enough for a few nights. I couldn’t get hot water in the shower, but I never called the front desk, so they might have been able to help. Getting there and checking in were both easy, and the staff were kind and helpful. My Uber came up a long driveway to reach the hotel. I had a great stay.
