Courtyard Orlando Downtown

There's a good restaurant on site, plus a nice pool and outdoor area to relax. The hotel is clean and pleasant. Since it's downtown, I wouldn't walk around the streets at night. Some evenings get noisy, with sirens and very loud motorcycles gathering at the 711 next door. I wish breakfast were complimentary, though I suppose that might compete with the in-house restaurant. I'd stay here again if I were in the area.

Great location and very good rooms. The service was fantastic. Rae at the front desk and the other young woman working 7am-3pm were outstanding, and JJ, the shuttle van driver, is a gold-star employee. One thing to know: avoid rooms on the south side. They back onto a busy gas station that's noisy all night.

Renovations are happening around the hotel, but the service from Tiana and Jeff at the front desk, along with Christina, made any inconvenience a nonissue. They made our stay special, and we're looking forward to coming back next year for our 50th wedding anniversary. I hope we get to see those same people again. Thank you, Tiana, Jeff, and Christina!

Our room was spacious, tidy, and clean. The hotel itself was clean too, with all sorts of amenities and a small lobby café selling food, snacks, coffee, beer, wine, and mixed drinks at reasonable prices. I can't remember who checked us in, but she was quick and really sweet. She helped set up a rewards account and offered us a gift bag with water and a snack. There's a free shuttle within a set radius, so confirm the area with the front desk. JJ drove us, was very nice, and even showed us some beautiful Christmas light displays. Really pleased, and we'll definitely be back.
