EVEN Hotel Orlando International Airport by IHG

Room 433, at the back east corner, had a fantastic view of the flight path. I love watching planes, and could see them approaching to land from one window, then watch them land or take off from the other. I only stayed one night, but it was peaceful and checked every box for me. The hotel is clean and very nice. Many rooms have Peloton bikes, plus large windows, wall-anchored gym systems, yoga mats, and rollers. The front desk staff were respectful and made me feel welcome. I didn’t get to sit down for a drink, but the lobby bar looked great, and there’s a kitchen serving breakfast and dinner. Thanks to the staff and management for the warm welcome and clean room. I highly recommend staying here, even for one night, and know where I’ll be coming back next time I’m in the area.

Our flight was canceled at the last minute, leaving us 10 hours to wait before the next one. EVEN picked us up smoothly from the airport, and the general manager was very nice at check-in and gave us a late checkout. Sam was a fantastic bartender who made the hotel bar feel special. Breakfast was another bright spot. Kathy was welcoming and kind, working incredibly hard by herself to handle everyone’s orders. The food came quickly and was delicious. She kept the kids’ drinks filled and even let them choose something to watch on TV. Our room was great, and Sam and Kathy turned what could have been a stressful airport layover into a really nice extension of our vacation.

The room had a sanitized yoga mat, blocks, and a roller, and the spotless gym was well equipped, including Peloton bikes. I appreciated having charging plugs right beside the bed and an ice machine with a water dispenser on every floor. The hotel feels modern and is incredibly clean. In the lobby there’s complimentary cucumber and ginger water, plus hot water. The plant-based shampoo, conditioner, and soap were great for my sensitive skin. My one complaint is the one-ply toilet paper. It didn’t feel in keeping with the room’s comfort and quality. I loved the stay and would recommend it, especially for an early flight. The hotel is close to the airport, which made a 6am departure and 4am rental car return stress-free and convenient.

The staff, including Anthony at reception and a female bartender, gave us customer service that couldn’t have been better. I’d highly recommend this hotel. We stayed two nights, and since the hotel is new from the ground up, everything was fabulous: the decor and furnishings were lovely, with a calm, relaxing feel. There’s a well-stocked concession area with basics like water, coffee, candy, chips, and yogurt. A small bar serves food too. It’s prepared food from a limited menu rather than a full kitchen, but handy if you don’t feel like going out. The gym is great, and I especially liked having exercise equipment right in my room so I didn’t have to leave it. The freeway access was easy, and the hotel is roughly 9 miles from Orlando airport.
