John, the General Manager, made our last-minute stay easy after another hotel lost our reservation. He got us settled quickly, answered questions about the area, and checked in to see how things were going. Blanca also took great care of us when changing our reservation in the morning. The staff were warm, efficient, and treated us like family, turning a stressful problem into a pleasant stay. For a budget-friendly place, that kind of service is rare. We'd stay again for the team alone. The facilities could use some TLC. The rooms feel dated, and the kitchens and bathrooms need updates to be more functional and appealing. Breakfast was only wrapped muffins, not much of a morning meal. Still, the location near the theme parks is convenient, and John and the team made the experience memorable. Five stars from us.

We only stayed because there were no other hotels available, and otherwise we would've left. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the room felt neither properly cleaned nor maintained each day. Near the air conditioning unit, the floor was wet. I stepped there while getting into bed and my foot got wet. That's unacceptable. My stay at Extended Stay America Suites – Orlando Theme Parks – Vineland Rd. was very disappointing. I won't return or recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have what you need to make a place feel like home. They welcome you warmly. What stood out most was how much the staff care. We all have rules to follow and don't want to lose our jobs, but it's special when someone still takes the time to understand another person. Blanca is the best. She always has a good conversation, never an attitude, and is ready to help. Thanks for a great experience. ❣️

The staff made my girls feel like they were on an extended vacation, and that meant a lot since I have three kids. Ms. Blanca is an angel, and John is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. They're caring and thoughtful with guests, and I absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are really clean and spacious, with a full kitchen and mini gym. If that's what you're looking for, this is the place.

Having a full kitchen and laundry on site made the stay really convenient, and the rooms were huge. I also liked having the little breakfast bar in the morning. The hotel is right across from Universal Studios, which was great. Johnson and Blonca were so welcoming, always laughing and joking with guests. They made me feel like family instead of just another guest.
