SuiteLivingPlus - Orlando

The place was gorgeous and stocked with all the necessities, and we really enjoyed our stay. I'd only seen good reviews, and for the most part I was incredibly happy with the place. The first two days went great, and check-in was easy through self check-in. We did spot a few minor cleanliness issues: crumbs on the couches, crumbs stuck to the oven mitt, and a used sponge in the sink. We weren't told when checkout was. To be fair, communication was poor on both sides: I was given a number to text with questions but didn't notice it. At 11:02 am, she texted me that checkout was at 11, but thankfully gave us until noon. There were three of us girls scrambling to pack and haul all our luggage down after the surprise birthday we had thrown in Orlando. We got everything out and headed home, thinking that was it. Two days after the stay, I got a message about my review, which was fair enough since they wanted to know what cleanliness issues I'd found. I explained, and then she sent several texts asking if I knew the review was public. Yes, I knew. The place wasn't perfect, so I didn't give it a perfect review. I wish I could post screenshots, but unfortunately I can't. It was ridiculous for her to argue with me about my review over her personal number. I asked her to stop messaging and not reply, but she still had to add her two cents. That customer service afterward was unacceptable and has made me not want to set foot there again.
