The shuttle to Universal, Disney, and Sea World made getting around easy, and parking was free with no resort fee. I also liked being able to swim until 10:00 PM. The room was comfortable, spotless, and kept in good shape, with the kitchen utensils we needed to make meals. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including eggs, hamburgers or sausages, potatoes, yogurt, canned fruit, orange and apple juice, sliced bread, muffins, and cereal. Everything was fresh and tasty. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and convenient location.

We booked through Airbnb with Frank, who has several rooms. The suite was really clean and well cared for, and the lobby and other shared areas were clean too. The front desk staff were super nice. There are lots of places to eat and things to do nearby besides Disney, and the location worked perfectly for us. I’m pretty picky, but I can definitely see myself booking here again. I can only speak to the parking and common areas for our Airbnb stay, not what it’s like booking directly with the hotel.

Two weeks before our group was due to arrive, they called to say they’d overbooked and wanted us to switch from the two-bed room I’d reserved to a one-bed room. I’d booked that two-bed room six months earlier and explained we needed both beds for our group. They still only offered the smaller room, with $10 off per night. What a joke. Before I could make a counteroffer, they cancelled the reservation without telling me first. That left us scrambling to find another place just weeks before December, when local prices had already gone up. They said our room was unavailable because they had prioritized Airbnb bookings. Be careful booking here if they overbook.

I’m here now, and the breakfast I was expecting is just a stale, prepackaged bagel and a fruit cup in a brown paper bag. You even have to find a desk attendant to get it. There’s nowhere to eat, no milk, and no other options at all. I booked partly because the free continental breakfast sounded like a good way to start the day. The reviews made it seem like a basic breakfast bar, nothing fancy, which would’ve been fine. I’m extremely disappointed, and some of those positive reviews seem fake.
