The staff were friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers, and the pet area was a thoughtful touch. There was a large space to walk our dog, plus poop bags, which we needed since we were running low. For a pet-friendly hotel, the property was extremely well maintained. Our one-bedroom studio suite was spotless and smelled fresh. It was roomy and comfortable for my husband, our toddler, and our dog, with a surprisingly spacious kitchenette that even had a dishwasher. Using the Hilton app made check-in effortless, and having my phone as the room key made things smoother. Breakfast was better than expected, with egg bites, waffles and toppings for breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, and more. There were options for everyone. The pool area was nice too, though I wish the weather had been warm enough to enjoy it. We were very happy with our stay and would come back next time we’re nearby.

Nelly made breakfast feel like home. She was warm and patient with everyone, even when a few guests were unruly, and never lost her smile. Each morning she kept the area clean and fully stocked, serving with such calmness and kindness. We’re grateful for all the extra care she gave. Josephine at the front desk is a big reason we keep returning to Home2 Suites UCF. She’s greeted us with sincere kindness every time and has gone above and beyond to make us feel valued. Luna is wonderful too, friendly, attentive, and consistently kind. Together they create a welcoming atmosphere that lifts the whole hotel. The rooms are always spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the property is clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The location is close to everything while still feeling peaceful. The manager is lucky to have such a caring team. We rarely see the manager because staff handle everything so smoothly and professionally. Their dedication shows in every detail, and the comfort, cleanliness, and service keep bringing us back.

This is my second stay with the chain, after first discovering Home2 Sutes in New York City, and I didn’t hesitate to book it in Orlando. I like the concept and the Hilton level quality. It works well for business or a vacation, with a full fridge, microwave, mini kitchen, dishwasher, two desks, a king bed, and a sofa.

Marisol was so nice to us and treated us like family, and Yamy did an awesome job cleaning our room spotless. The heated pool was lots of fun, and the gym has treadmills, exercise bikes, and different kinds of weights. My family and I enjoyed staying at the Home 2 Suites by Hilton at the Technological Street. We especially liked the free breakfast, including oatmeal, chocolate waffles with syrup, and boiled eggs. We’ll definitely come back next year and highly recommend it to our neighbors, friends, and church members.
