What ruined our stay was how the manager on duty, Andrea, handled an issue with our reservation. We weren't refusing to pay or trying to stay without a valid booking. The hotel had our reservation information and card details from the start, and we'd checked with staff that both reservations were set. I had booked three nights four weeks ahead, then called to add another night. They couldn't extend the original booking, so they made a separate reservation for that night. When the first booking ended, Andrea said the card for the second one wasn't attached correctly in their system. While my husband was showering our children, she knocked on our door. He tried to hand her the card, but she wouldn't take it and insisted that he come downstairs immediately. I went down while he was with the kids and found that Andrea had already called the police and was demanding that we leave. This was an administrative issue that could have been sorted out in minutes with a simple conversation or payment request. Instead, her confrontational approach, poor judgment, and lack of communication made the situation stressful and embarrassing for my family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting reasonable customer service or competent management.

The kids had a great time here, and I liked having a full-size refrigerator. With six kids, that's a necessity. They also offer plug-in cooktops and skillet pans on request at no extra charge, which made quick family meals easy. The pool was clean, and guests can use the outdoor grills. We only needed one night because our AC broke at home and it was 82° inside. The hotel was accommodating and gave us a 2 PM checkout. AC technicians got to my house at 8:30 AM and had the new unit installed by 12 PM, so the extra time made a stressful situation much easier. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, including the pool, hallways, and rooms. I especially loved the double queen bunk-over-bunk room that sleeps up to 10 people, perfect for a big family like mine. It was a comfortable, family-friendly stay, and I'd recommend it.

The beds were super comfy and breakfast was good. Staff were really kind and often checked whether we needed anything. We stayed here to visit Epic Universal, and the location was perfect, close to the park and to plenty of places to eat or walk around.

We come here for the dog show and it's a great place to walk the dogs, with a nice paved path along the water. It's close to the convention center, with lots of parking, and the rooms are large and clean. The staff are so nice and helpful. I was here for a week, but only got my room spot cleaned on one day, even though I'd asked for cleaning. That's my only complaint. I'd definitely stay again.

We loved the breakfast, especially the sandwiches with eggs, cheese, and sausage that my husband liked, along with breakfast potatoes and a yogurt dispenser. There were also the usual waffles, oatmeal, muffins, and fruit. The noon checkout was great since we could lounge before heading to the parks. We didn't use the pool or gym this time. Our room was a good size and clean, with very comfortable beds and a kitchenette that had everything we needed. The pack n play even had a little zippered sheet that fit. Publix is only 7 minutes away and Universal is 15 minutes away without tolls. We'd absolutely stay again.
