Diana at the ticket desk was one of the best parts of our Homewood Suites stay. She was kind and clearly cared about helping us enjoy the trip. She even got us express tickets to Universal when they were sold out, which saved our day and made the visit much better. Thanks to Rosetta for sending us her way too. Room service was good, our stay was comfortable, and the breakfast staff were really nice and helpful.

The breakfast staff kept the buffet stocked, and Adrian and the ladies in that area were sweet and helpful. Rosetta, the front desk manager, was professional and kind, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Breakfast had a nice range of hot and cold food. The hotel is older, but very clean. Our room smelled fresh when we arrived, and we had plenty of towels and the other amenities included in the room. The location is great, within walking distance of restaurants and the Orlando Eye. We really enjoyed the weekend and would put this among our top choices when we return.

We had a small emergency on the drive to celebrate my best friend’s birthday, and Rosetta helped us with a last-minute early check-in. We were grateful for her and the kind hotel staff. The room had a great view of the Ferris wheel, and the location puts you in the middle of so much to do within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

We spent four nights here on a staycation, and the staff made every day a great one. We usually choose the Rosen when we come to Orlando, but Hyatt place is our new favorite. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk to breakfast and housekeeping, was phenomenal. Even with different staff on some days, the experience stayed just as good.

Housekeeping kept the room perfectly clean and made sure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff were especially polite, friendly, and ready to help. We stayed a few days in Orlando and were very satisfied. Check-in was quick and easy, the service was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. We’ll definitely stay here again.
