Fifi and lipisa were awesome today. They’re always happy, polite, and understanding, and they get things done. Best people in the office so far. They also gave me great news today. We need more people like them. ❤️

It was a relief to finally find an extended stay with clean linens and a comfortable bed. I had a bit of trouble with my room location, but the hotel management handled it really well. I’m bad with names, but the gentleman who helped was polite and professional. Thank you, sir, for understanding my situation and sorting out my accommodation. That made a real difference. I travel here a few times a year for family matters, and this will definitely be my go-to home away from home. Management and staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Thanks so much. 😌

At InTown Suites, General Manager Chris made my extended stay much better. The property has the essentials for a longer stay, but Chris’s leadership and care are what stand out. He’s helpful and genuinely compassionate, and makes sure guests feel respected and supported. Long stays can bring disagreements between guests. Chris listens to everyone, stays measured and empathetic, and finds fair, practical ways to ease tensions so people can live together peacefully. It’s rare to see someone combine kindness with firmness like that. His skill at keeping the community harmonious is a real asset here. If you need an affordable extended stay and want management that cares about your well-being and handles community issues well, this InTown Suites under Chris’s management is a great choice.

The room is very nice, the manager and staff are polite, and I’ve had no parking issues. Housekeeping is very good, and the laundry room is clean, with several washers and dryers open late. I also like the three Showtime channels and the other channels. Getting here can be challenging because the roads are so busy.
