What stood out most during my five nights here for an OCCC conference was the staff. They seemed to enjoy working together and helping guests, which feels increasingly rare. Sky was especially kind and genuine when she helped me check out. The breakfast was good, and the convention center is convenient if you're a decent walker. There are plenty of Ubers around too. I've stayed in many hotels across different brands, and this one was really, really good. Strong recommendation.

I arrived hours before check-in, and Michael and Sky were so helpful and kind. They got me into a room quickly, which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful throughout. The location is convenient for the convention centre, and there's a shuttle there too. Breakfast, the gym with plenty of treadmills, 24-hour coffee and tea, and a water dispenser were all appreciated. Highly recommended.

I missed my Friday morning flight for a wedding in the area and had to rebook for the wedding day, which started at 3, the same time as hotel check-in. Once I got to town, I explained the timing and how urgently I needed an early check-in. The hotel was fully booked, so there was only a small chance of getting a room early. A few rooms opened up, and the front desk got me into one three hours before check-in, much sooner than I'd expected. They stayed friendly and firm while working under pressure. Exceptional service from the front desk staff on 4/25. Kudos to them.

I spent five nights here for a conference at the nearby convention center, working all day, so I never got to relax by the pool. I kept looking out at it each morning and afternoon, though. The hotel is clean, friendly, and fun, with good amenities. I even wished I knew how to play pool on the lobby table. I took rideshares instead of walking, and the drivers serving this area were some of the nicest and most polite I've met anywhere. The younger guests who brought walking shoes chose to walk to the convention center. Back in my room, I was glad for the comfortable bed, excellent bathroom linens, quiet space, and the best hotel shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. I highly recommend it if you're coming to Orlando. Hope you have the same lovely stay I did.
