We paid for a week but didn’t stay even one night. The smell and roaches were too much, and the room in the photos is not what you get. Maybe it looked that way at some point, but the rooms are dirty. We moved the family to another hotel near Universal. The price difference wasn’t substantial, and the cleanliness and service there were much, much better. Don’t waste your money here. I asked for a refund and got nothing. Calls to corporate go unanswered, emails are ignored, and nobody contacted me or even tried. I’m sure I’ll get the usual automatic response about being sorry and having clean-room and pest-control protocols. They may have protocols, but roaches are still there, and I still don’t have my refund. Stay away! Some positive reviews look fake too. Read a few and you’ll notice they’re written very similarly.

We feel happy and safe here. The building sits far back from the main road, which makes it feel like a safe place. Since arriving, we’ve walked to the outlets and restaurants, and there’s lots more to do. Fun Spot is fairly close on foot, along with plenty of other places to visit. The place is beautiful, just perfect for us. Manager Chris and the staff have been kind, helpful, and caring. Thank you.
InTown Suite Major Blvd has been a blessing for my family while we deal with personal difficulties and needed temporary housing. It feels like a home away from home. The staff are all great, and the facilities are clean and modern. With the location and management, the prices can’t be beat. It works for a comfortable week for visitors from out of town, or for six months while you get life back on track, without credit checks or hefty deposits. Office manager Chris runs the place like a five-star resort. My wife even wants to keep a room here as a second getaway for when we want a break from home. Thank you, InTown Suits, for treating us kindly while our family works through its problems.
The location near Universal Studios was good, and the laundry room was useful. A maintenance guy also unclogged the toilet quickly. The rest of the stay was an overpriced nightmare for me. The AC leaked and gave off a strong food-seasoning smell when I turned it on. There was a dead bug in the refrigerator seam, the hot water was only lukewarm, and I had to prop the tub stopper open to keep the water draining while I showered. A fuzzy white crust above the bathroom vent grossed me out. The mattress was loose and squeaky. Wi-Fi failed more than half the time. Maintenance seemed choosy about what they’d fix. I heard a couple arguing outside the room and smelled marijuana down the hall. I felt stereotyped as a single woman of color booking on my own. That’s no reason to give someone room 304. I work hard and didn’t deserve this.
We’re glad we finally found somewhere that feels right. The rooms are clean, the stove is nice, and the area is peaceful and safe. There’s a pool and an elevator, outlets, shopping, restaurants, and even several anime stores nearby, packed with posters, rugs, mugs, keychains, and lots of other stuff. We’ve been walking around most nights and visiting different places. My dad, my brother Reno, and I feel safe and happy here. Manager Chris is really nice and helpful, and the staff have treated us like we matter. Thank you, especially Chris, for caring about your guests. 🫶🫶🫶
