I enjoyed the balcony and how clean the property was. There were no bugs, so I felt fine leaving the door open. Still, I wouldn’t return or recommend it. On checkout we learned our unit was an Airbnb. The owners of 4309 need to do better. This is our last day, and although the resort is quiet, it didn’t feel as inviting as I’d hoped for a surprise getaway with my husband. The décor was all outdated, down to the bowl on the table and the light fixtures. The bed was basic and unappealing, and the bathroom doors were very narrow. The tub seemed to be the only new thing, while the old shower head didn’t work properly. The kitchen was dated but had basic amenities, and the stove burners didn’t fit right. There was an ironing board but no iron. The front desk seemed surprised, but sorted that out quickly. We lost power for about an hour, then waited four hours for the TVs to work again. There were very few outlets, and the ones we could reach didn’t work. For people who only need somewhere to sleep, it’s adequate. A few updates would make a big difference.

Unit 3214 was a great place to stay, and the host had everything we needed. We loved the balcony view of the big tree, sunrises, and sunsets. The location is superb for theme parks, nearby restaurants, and shopping, and there’s also a great restaurant right on the property. The downsides were floor tiles in the unit that were lifting, and the property swimming pool needs cleaning or an upgrade.

Daiana put together our theme park ticket packages and gave us recommendations on where to go. Her advice helped us choose the best places to visit and saved us a tremendous amount of time. She was always able to clear up our questions, and thanks to her, the trip was absolutely amazing and magical. Huge thanks to Daiana for everything. We’d recommend booking through Park Corniche without hesitation.

The room smelled weird, the shower was pretty gross, and everything looked very outdated. The TV was basic, and you could hear everything from upstairs. It was super loud all night. The ice wasn’t working. Someone said they’d come by because there wasn’t an ice machine, just the freezer, but nobody showed up. I had to go get a bag from the restaurant.

Helen walked me through the condominium and showed me how to reach the festival so I wouldn’t get lost. The night staff were incredibly friendly, exactly what I needed. The only drawbacks were noise from the houses across the yard and a shower-bath setup. Otherwise, it was AWESOME.
