Rosen Shingle Creek

The service is what really amazed me. I left my necklace in the room and called the next day. They found it and shipped it back to me for free. Alex and Jeffery in security went above and beyond, and you’ve got a customer for life. We had a great stay, with huge pools, lots of restaurant choices, and spacious, super clean rooms.

We had a lovely lunch and drinks by the pool at CatTails, a perfect sunny afternoon, and the pool area was well set up with plenty of fresh towels and convenient water stations. Cala Bella was the real highlight, with incredible food and service. Breakfast was a nice surprise too. The buffet had a good range of options and was excellent value. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our spacious, immaculate room had stunning views that made it hard to leave in the morning. Rosen Shingle Creek exceeded our expectations for comfort, quality, and service. We’d definitely return and recommend it for a memorable stay.

The food was genuinely good, the prices were similar to nearby restaurants, and the staff were amazing and personable. The rooms were fine, and the bathrooms were nice with good water pressure. The hallways, though, gave me a backrooms sort of feeling. What put me off was all the extra charges. Water seemed to cost over $4 everywhere in the hotel and beyond, and the gym was $10 a day or $20 for the whole stay. There was a fee attached to everything, so staying within budget felt unlikely, though maybe that’s just Orlando. Snacks at the airport might even be cheaper, or you could walk to the Publix across the "street," which means crossing an eight-lane boulevard. Honestly, as someone who doesn’t like Orlando much, I wasn’t impressed.

Rooms are roomy and well kept, and the property has great food and drink options. It’s a good conference spot, with decent handicap accessibility. The grounds are spread out, so expect plenty of walking. I did have trouble getting a good data signal in some areas.
