Absolutely awful for $86. There wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom, the sink was filthy, and the room had a musty smell. A terrible experience!

$120 for one night in this disgusting place. There were cockroaches everywhere, and the blankets had holes in them.

The pricing is reasonable, and the front desk staff are professional. I’ve stayed here a few times before. One downside is that the rooms get cleaned before check-in and after check-out.

For a cheap motel in the middle of Orlando, it’s good. I can’t say much more.

The mini park in between is a nice touch, and getting to theme parks, malls, and food from here wasn’t a hassle. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and the rooms were well kept. I’m impressed by how much the location has improved since I visited over a year ago. It could use a fresh coat of paint, but otherwise I highly recommend it. This isn’t the same place it used to be!
