Signia by Hilton Orlando - An Official Walt Disney World Hotel

We were there over New Year's Eve, and the pool area was lovely, with hot jacuzzis. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the water pressure was great. Room service arrived promptly and tasted delicious. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the Bistro restaurant, which had many more choices than we expected. The property is beautiful and well kept, next to the Waldorf Astoria property where there are more bars and restaurants. Reception were patient, kind, and very accommodating when we had an issue at check-in. There were plenty of places to order food and drinks, plus a convenience shop with Starbucks coffee and other things. We felt acknowledged and appreciated as Diamond reward status holders, and had a fantastic stay.

The complex is huge, with plenty of spots for each night of our work event. There are also shops inside with a good range of necessities and other things. It’s a beautiful hotel with great amenities, and very close to Disney.

The pool was great, though our Christmas stay was busy and loud, with plenty of families and kids. It did feel festive, and Santa was there in the evenings for photos, which families will love. A visit to the Disney-designed town of Celebration is worth fitting in too, just a 15-minute drive away, with good shopping and dining and a charming feel of its own. Getting around was especially easy for us. There’s a huge guest parking garage, EV charging on site, and an Avis rental counter inside the hotel. Since we already had an Avis rental, not needing to go off property for the car was a godsend. The Disney park shuttles were a nice extra, and there are several good restaurants at the hotel. The property is in a genuinely luxe corner of the Disney World empire and feels elevated as soon as you arrive. Our room was comfortable and nicely finished, with a mini fridge and branded Nespresso machine. Service was friendly and efficient throughout. The carpet made me smile too, Hilton, we noticed. It was the same plush carpet as the Crockfords in Vegas, a subtle classy touch. Upscale, convenient, and well run. A true 5-star stay for a Disney trip.

We had a great time at the pool, and the rooms and amenities were nice without being over the top. The food was good everywhere we ate: La Luce, the breakfast cafe, and the poolside restaurant. The only disappointment was the parks shuttle, which did a partial loop instead of going direct.
