Loved this place, it was a rare find. Just know it isn’t actually a hotel, it’s an apartment complex you book through the Sonder hotel app or Airbnb. Sonder was cheaper, and came with standard hotel rules instead of Airbnb host rules. The location is right downtown in Orlando, and there’s no human interaction for check-in, lol. If you’re booking last minute, contact Sonder so they can send the check-in details ASAP.

I booked at midnight, and by morning Sonder had canceled my reservation, saying it was because of a planned “party.” I’d agreed to the no-party rule and the extra fees if someone broke it. They saw my birthday was on the 22nd from my ID, then assumed I’d throw a party because I booked for the 21st to the 23rd. They charged me right away, but now I have to wait a week for the money back before I can book somewhere else. It feels unfair to cancel in less than 24 hours based on that assumption. Would those dates have been fine if I’d booked the 25th to the 28th? It’s downtown, where people aged 18 to 30 are out partying all week anyway. I couldn’t even stay, though the place might have been great.

The apartments have a modern look and are conveniently close to Downtown Orlando, with free parking too. I’d stay here again.

If anyone else couldn’t extend the refund coupon in a similar situation, please get in touch with me. We’ll put together a class action suit.

The different sections of the building all look alike and have the same color, so it’s a bit confusing to find your way around. The location itself is great.
