The Seasons

We’ve been without AC for three days, and the mold problem has made me sick enough to end up in the hospital with a strep throat infection. My stepdad went to the office, but all they did was brush paint over the mold. I have a daughter with autism who can barely understand what’s happening, and I couldn’t take this any longer. I don’t want anyone else to go through it, so please don’t lease here, or be aware of what could happen. I do want to thank Allison Maldonado for helping us move in from day one. She had the best intentions, but sadly that’s the only positive thing I can say so far. I also lost most of my things because bad work on the second floor caused major flooding in our apartment and the upstairs unit on September 7 2022. More recently, rain flooded the porch and water came into the living room and master bedroom. My daughter has developed allergies even though she never used to have them, and my mother has the same problem. The community pool looks like this too.

The apartments look nice, but they need a lot of work. There’s mold and roaches, and my AC unit has broken down repeatedly. Repairs take a long time. I moved out 07/31/2025 and still haven’t received my $3500 deposit. I’ve contacted them many times with no reply, and now I have to pay out of pocket to file legal papers. Diamond equity is horrible at times, and I wonder whether they’re even legit. Please save yourself the headache and don’t rent here. I can show proof, and if you’ve had a similar experience, reach out so we can help each other and gather more evidence. Update: Still no refund and no response. Several people have emailed for me, and they haven’t replied to them either. I’m trying to build a case against these slum lords and will be reaching out to people who leave reviews.

Don’t lease here. This place isn’t fit to live in. They have serious septic tank problems, and both my bathtubs and toilets are full of shit. I’d rate it zero stars.

Thanks to the season for giving me such great help setting up my new home. Christine was so nice and supportive to work with. She made the whole process quick, easy, and enjoyable.
