Villatel Resort Orlando

The pool was a nice place to unwind after long days at the parks, and the villa was quiet even though this is a big resort. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The pool area has a full-service bar and a limited food menu, but there are other dining options nearby. We booked through Expedia as part of a travel package and were really impressed by what we got for the price. Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. My only wish is that the park shuttle ran more often. The last one leaves at 10:30 am. Even so, I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the Orlando area. Thanks, Villatel!

The waterpark was a hit, with four big slides, a lazy river, and the main pool. The kids can also stay entertained at the resort for a full day. Our three-bedroom place had a full kitchen and enough amenities for a family, and the themed kids’ rooms are worth asking about. Our daughters loved the pink Barbie-themed bunk room, and our older son was excited to have a large bed in his room. For Orlando near the parks, the price is obscenely affordable, and the value of the apartments and villas would be hard to beat. The staff were well trained, polite, and personable in a genuine way. The food and drinks were good too. I’d absolutely recommend it to families looking for good value without taking out a HELOC to visit the Orlando parks.

We had a great, fun stay, and it was nice having our own private pool. The rooms were spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. When our door lock gave us trouble, the customer service reps were patient, helpful, and very nice. Everyone we met was pleasant, from the security guards at the entrance booth to the front desk team at the welcome center. The neighborhood-style resort felt beautiful and welcoming.

There was no stress at all related to the resort during our trip. Everything was clean, the food was amazing, and the staff and hospitality were so good that I’m not sure “phenomenal” even covers it. I want to thank everyone there for one of our best vacation experiences. The resort is perfectly placed for theme parks, with shops and restaurants right at your fingertips too. I’d recommend this location to anyone, anywhere in the world. I plan to come back several times this year to relax and enjoy the parks.
