Days Inn Springville

If you don't have to deal with the employees, the stay isn't too bad. The management and workers are terribly rude and have no people skills. It feels like they just want to whip you if you stay here. The owners need to teach their employees some people skills. Horrible people.

We chose not to stay, and the only positive was that staff were quick to offer a refund once we decided to leave. Our first room was filthy, with stained bedding and a strange smell. We had to show the staff the problems because she apparently didn't believe us. The replacement room was even worse: black and red spots and debris on the sheets, hair under the blankets, more stained bedding, plus stains on the carpet and walls. I'd recommend staying elsewhere.

We've stayed at this location several times while traveling lately and plan to keep coming back. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the room was quiet and clean. The location works well, near I-15 and right next to The Cracker Barrel. After we'd already spent 8 1/2 hours in the car, it was especially nice to reach the restaurant with a short walk instead of driving.

Having kind people at the front desk made a difficult time a little easier for us. We got a room for my sister so she could come say goodbye after our mom went on hospice. The room was comfortable and clean, and having breakfast onsite made life much easier. Staff took care of our needs and showed genuine concern. We appreciated that the amenities were available at the end of the season. The outdoor pool and spa aren't open all year, but they were clean and warm. It gave the kids a nice distraction and a chance to enjoy being together as a family. Thank you.
