Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal / I Drive

I really liked how quiet and cozy the small hotel felt, and Jimmy at the front desk went above and beyond. We stayed five nights, and I want to thank the whole team for making the visit memorable. One thing that was awkward: breakfast couldn't be charged to the room. They asked me to pay as I was finishing, even though I'd left a $200 deposit for incidentals. The only outlet at the hotel had to be paid separately. Even so, it was a great stay and I'd definitely come back.

The staff made the five days feel warm and welcoming, and Jimmy stood out as helpful, kind, and professional. We were there over New Year's Eve, and I enjoyed the stay enough to want to return and recommend the hotel. Our room had two comfortable queen beds, renovated bathroom fixtures, and laminated wood floors throughout, including the bathroom. I especially liked the sliding door on the stand-up shower. The room was beautiful, felt spacious and clean, and had been renovated very nicely. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I stayed a couple of nights while my home AC was being repaired, and I'd happily book this place again. It's about a $7-$10 Uber ride to Universal, and the rooms are spacious. The shower was fantastic, and the rooms looked sharp with quality bedding. The staff clearly cared about making the stay comfortable. They made sure I had enough towels and everything I needed. The bar isn't staffed all the time, but the front desk agent can help. I also got to see the meeting space, which was very clean and has a lot of potential.

Stella from sales was especially easy to work with, and the General Manager was attentive and present. Guest services were welcoming and ready to help, with positive energy throughout the hotel. We felt special and would recommend the place 100 percent. We’ll be back, and hope everyone gets this kind of experience. The room was spotless and comfortable. The bathroom smelled fresh each day, a credit to housekeeping. The mini bar area was convenient, and I saw the maintenance team painting and refreshing parts of the property. The hotel is clearly cared for, and that effort shows. Thank you!
