I’m back for my second time living at the Golf Villa Apartments, and I love it here. I have the two-bedroom, two-bath model on the second floor, with a hill overlooking the golf course. The view is incredible, and my cat loves it too. She’s never been allowed outside until now. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful, and the whole community is always well kept. I highly recommend The Golf Villas.
Dear Golf Villa Luxury Apt Staff at Oro Valley, Francisco n the Crew, thank you for replacing the light bulb by my front door so quickly. Having that area well lit makes it much safer to use the stairs to my second-floor apartment at night, and I really appreciate how promptly you handled my request. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The views of the golf course and mountains are stunning, and my nearby neighbors are kind. It’s a joy to be part of this community, where I feel safe and well cared for. Thank you for always being so ready to help with my questions and for responding quickly. The property is nice, the neighbors are great, and the office staff and maintenance crew we’ve met have all been great too. But the move-in has been hard, and the place was FILTHY. First, we needed a cashier’s check before we could get the keys. That wouldn’t have been a big deal if our bank had a local branch, but USAA doesn’t, so we had to move in a day late and open a new account. Then we had to scrub before we could even unpack. I don’t mean a quick wipe down. There were food crumbs in the drawers, gunk and sauce on every cabinet, and toothpaste still in the bathroom sinks. Whoever they hire to clean needs more supervision.
The location is fabulous, and the grounds are always kept nice. The apartments are a good size, but this place isn’t really “luxury.” It took a year before they replaced my kitchen faucet, and it costs more than other places with the same amenities. One woman in the office is phenomenal, though the others seem like they’re just there.
I enjoy living at the Golf Villa Apartments and love my apartment’s layout. It’s in a great location near the beautiful Catalina Mountains, with shops and restaurants nearby. Thanks to the office staff, Sayeh, Christine, Miriam and Haja, for being patient with all my questions before and after I moved in. I also appreciate Francisco and the maintenance staff for working to fix the issues I’ve had in a timely way.
