White Pine Motel

Parking gets a bit crazy, though that's to be expected during hunting and fishing season. Otherwise, I can't point to a single bad thing. The rooms are always clean, the bathroom and shower are clean and well stocked, and I enjoyed watching TV. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is nice, and three nights were priced fantastically, worth every penny. It's conveniently near the pondarosa and brass rail bar, and Tracy at the front desk was very nice. Orofino is my hometown, though I live in spokane Washington now. This was my first time back in 11 years, and people here are still so nice and take care of each other. That hometown Orofino pride is still here, and I love it. I expected a 10/10 experience and got one. I'd stay again!

Once inside, this was a clean, quiet motel, though getting in was a little difficult. Restaurants and a convenience store are an easy walk away. There's also a bank with an ATM beside the parking lot.

I was skeptical because it was called a motel, but my friends and I were surprised by how nice it was when we arrived. The room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the blankets were warm. It was easy to get around the area. The only issue was that the bathroom door didn't lock. When I brought it up, an employee who was staying there took time out of her night to listen and immediately said they'd look into it. Awesome experience.
