White Eagle Resort

The beach kept the kids busy, with chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and fun things to use in the water. We also kayaked and spent time in the game room. We had a pontoon for the week, a beautiful, powerful boat that was perfect for exploring the huge Lake Vermillion. Renting jet skis was easy too, we just texted Tom. The boat staff were fantastic and even checked the gas in our boat to see if it needed filling. Our family had a wonderful week at White Eagle Resort. The cabin was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the deck was a lovely place to sit and look out at the lake. I think all the cabins have one. We’ll definitely be back!

The quiet, family atmosphere and the lake are what keep drawing us back. Staying at White Eagle has become a summer tradition for our family. We leave feeling recharged, then start counting down the 365 days until we visit again. Incredible!

Lake Vermilion is fabulous, and we’ve already booked another week at White Eagle Resort for next year. Our grandkids, all under four, had a blast swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking. The accommodations were very nice, and we had a wonderful week.

I rented two jet skis from White Eagle Resort and had such a good experience, even though we weren’t staying there. When we arrived, I met the owner, their adorable cat, and their dogs. She was so kind and made us feel welcome. The resort grounds are stunning, and every detail I saw looked impeccable. The cabins looked beautiful too, and the swimming beach for guests looked incredible. I spent five hours there watching Owen, their dock helper, interact with guests. He was awesome with my boys, and took time to talk with me when he didn’t have to. I’m grateful for his kindness. Thanks for letting my boys have the best five hours!
