The location and views were good, and maintenance did come fix the ceiling fan. But there were a lot of stairs, which nobody mentioned. The floors were dirty, there was hair on the bathroom hand towels and dirty dishes in the cabinet, and someone had left drinks in the fridge.

The floors were dirty, and we had no idea there’d be so many stairs to carry luggage up and down. The liquid air fresheners gave me a bad reaction, so I had to try airing the place out. Even the towels and sheets had scents on them. When we closed the vertical blinds the first night, five slats were missing, leaving open spaces and no privacy. We called management, but they did nothing. We found the broken slats in the closet.
