I booked a room online through the Priceline app on January 25, and Priceline charged my Cash App card $84 or $86 at the time. About half an hour later, I arrived and checked in. I showed my driver's license and Real ID, and they also asked for a card. I thought it was just for a possible incident or a security deposit. It was late, dark, and I was tired, so we went to sleep. I checked out and left in the morning. Two days later, the hotel charged my card another $86. Priceline told me this shouldn't have happened and was most likely a deposit that should be refunded, but I still haven't gotten the money back. I've tried calling the front desk, but they ignore my calls, refuse to speak English, and say Priceline didn't charge me, that the charge came from them. They deny responsibility and shift the blame. I believe the hotel is engaging in fraudulent behavior. Please be careful. The staff and management seem highly suspicious.

It was horrible. When we walked in, it smelled like Raid spray, and a roach crawled from the bed onto the table. There was duct tape holding the lock together, dead bugs on the pullout mattress, fingerprints on the door that looked like poop, and hair in the sink. I'd give a negative review if I could. We came from out of town for our grandmother's funeral.

I was outside looking for my pet after it ran off, and the lady was yelling out the door at me and talking about calling the cops. They already knew what I was doing. I wasn't yelling, just walking around that whole side. Please have a little compassion. I wasn't outside in freezing weather and snow at night for fun. Have a blessed day.

The room was modest but clean, with plenty of space to move around and a bathroom that wasn't as cramped as many are these days. The bed was great, and we were glad not to have the room some people have complained about. We could back into a parking space right outside the door, which made unloading easy. When we arrived in June, the room window was open onto the parking lot, so the air was fresh rather than filled with Febreze or another strong scent. The A/C made the room comfortably cool and dry in about five minutes. The front desk lady was warmly welcoming, and the price was hard to beat. We were traveling north along I-55 and prefer to avoid chains when we can, so we weren't disappointed. There's no pretend breakfast in the lobby, but the Huddle House next door serves a GREAT breakfast very affordably. We'd definitely stay again next time we're passing through.
