Kimpton Banneker Hotel by IHG

The place is small, which I really liked, and the double room was surprisingly spacious with a beautiful view. Everything was impeccably clean, and the ladies at the front desk gave outstanding service. It's all within walking distance along a lovely promenade. I picked it mainly for a family vacation because of the location, but it exceeded my expectations. I was absolutely delighted and would stay here again every time.

Fountain and Tiffany made my stay at the Kimpton memorable. They were warm and attentive from the minute I arrived, and check-in went smoothly. They were kind and professional, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in to see how things were going. Their energy made the whole visit feel personal and welcoming. Their service is why I'll remember the stay so fondly and recommend this Kimpton to friends, family, and colleagues. They're a real credit to the property.

I could really relax in the comfortable room, and everything felt thoughtfully set up. The property was quiet, clean, and well cared for, and every staff interaction was professional and positive. The whole visit was easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

I liked the location, with Whole Foods and restaurants nearby, and felt safe walking around. The hotel has some nice extras, including a free drink and morning coffee. Rooms are roomy and come with thoughtful touches like umbrellas and yoga mats. The TV connection was poor and the rooms were loud, but the white noise machines helped a lot. I'd be fine staying here again.
