The location made day to day life really convenient, close to everything I needed, and the team were always warm, professional, and helpful. Special mention to Hassan, Aliyah, Dashenka, Myra, Jose, and the wonderful lady at concierge. The building doesn’t have many amenities compared with some newer complexes, but it was still absolutely worth it for the location, comfort, and staff. Prices went up year on year while I lived there, though even after the increases it remained better priced than other apartments in the area.

The location is perfect, with the red and blue/orange/silver metro lines nearby, a grocery store around the corner, and restaurants, bars, and bookstores close by. I lived at The Bond for six years and had a wonderful experience. The building is extremely well managed, maintenance is responsive and efficient, the leasing office is professional and easy to work with, and the concierge is friendly and helpful. My unit was great, with well maintained rooms that have character, modern appliances, and good sound-proofing. Fully recommend.

The elevator has been out of order for over a week, and there’s still no resolution. I live on one of the highest floors and have bad knees, so this is taking a big toll on me.
