Serenity at the front desk was great about making sure I had what I needed. The room was clean and had AC, and I especially liked the massage chair and the hot breakfast. I enjoyed my stay and would come back if I’m in the area. Thanks!

The staff really made this visit for me. MELISSA greeted me with compassion whenever we crossed paths, and Serenity was just as kind and helpful. The customer service was incredible. It’s also very affordable, and I’m looking forward to my next trip.

I used to think this was the best hotel around, and it used to be much cleaner. Now it’s a mess. I switched rooms, but both had stained blankets and hair under the covers. Since I booked through a third party, I’m stuck here, sleeping in a chair. I could have slept in my vehicle while traveling. The rooms smell terrible from the pets, too. This isn’t acceptable, and I’d like management to contact me. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

For the weekly price, the room was decent and the motel was quiet. We stayed almost two weeks and asked a couple of times to have the room cleaned, but it never happened.
