The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, though I brought my own pillows, so I can't comment on theirs. The shower was clean with good pressure, and the microwave worked fine. But there were a few dead flies on the bathroom floor when we arrived, two lights didn't work, the TV remote was missing a button, and the desk chair arm fell off because it seemed to be missing a bolt. The walls and bedskirt had scuffs and need a proper clean, and the fridge could use one too, although its inside was usable. Nothing smelled bad, and the price was hard to beat. Management was super friendly, and I'm sure they would've addressed problems if I mentioned them. Still, most were obvious things guests shouldn't have to point out. There were enough little issues that I didn't want to touch much, and the place feels overdue for a deep clean and some touch-ups. It was tolerable for a weekend given the price and friendly staff.

I've been here six months and haven't had any problems. The staff are very friendly, and cleanliness is taken seriously, almost to a holy degree. They spray for bugs every three weeks. Update: There's new management now. The place was fine before, but in just one month the new manager has gone above and beyond to improve its quality. Someone so dedicated and knowledgeable about maintenance makes this an easy motel to visit, especially at such an affordable price.

I've been staying at the budget inn Washington on and off since July 2023. For the price, it's worth it. The rooms have been updated and are clean, and the staff have always been accommodating no matter what time of day or night. I haven't seen any bugs, which is my biggest turnoff. The microwave and fridge are nice, and there's a good cable TV lineup.

The room looked just like the pictures, and it was beautiful and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice and pleasant to talk to. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks while working nearby. The value for the price is unmatched. The guy at the front desk is easygoing and easy to talk to, and got me into a clean room for cheap. When I'm back for my next assignment, this is the only place I'd consider.
