The rooftop and pool are a real treat in warmer weather, whether you want to grill or just sit outside. We’ve also found the neighborhood great and the rent reasonable compared with nearby buildings. Our nearly four years at 2400 M have been very positive, including a smooth move to a different unit. Antwon and Sullay on maintenance are quick and professional, and even helped update some older appliances. The front desk and coded access to both the building and our apartment make daily life easy and add security. The cleaning crew keeps the shared spaces spotless every day. We’d definitely recommend living here.

Really appreciate Sullay and Antwon. Whenever something needs fixing, they respond quickly, work efficiently, and are helpful and professional throughout. They have a great attitude and clearly care about doing right by residents.

Antwon and Sullay, the senior service techs, rescued my DIY furniture, turning a pile of parts into something usable for my family of four. Legends! Matthew, the service manager, was hands-on too, helping with the washer and dryer setup and the furniture. That kind of effort from a manager really stood out. Anthony and Anaje on the assistant community management team were also so helpful and accommodating during my tour and application. Great apartment, great service team, and people who go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Anthony in the leasing office has been especially responsive, and the staff in general are friendly and helpful whenever we have questions. The location is convenient, the building is consistently clean and maintained, and the gym is my favorite of the amenities. I also like being able to decorate the apartment and make it feel like my own home. I’ve been very happy at 2400 M and would choose it again in a heartbeat.

We’re really happy at 2400M. The neighbors are kind, and that helps the place feel welcoming. Anthony and Antwan have been especially helpful, while the staff overall are friendly and quick to respond to questions or requests. The location, upkeep, and amenities are all great, especially the gym. We’d recommend it.
