The hotel is beautiful, and everyone was so nice. I believe the GM’s name is Stacey, and she was helpful and kind. The young woman at the front desk was excellent, sweet, and professional.

We only stayed one night, but Mrs. Heather and the staff made us feel so welcome. I rarely get to see my family, so a few people came to sit with us in the lobby. She chatted and joked around with us, and didn’t seem bothered even though we were a bit loud. Thanks, Heather, for a great stay. The restaurant food and service were really good, too.

Management has been frustrating. I’ve moved from Arkansas and have repeatedly asked management staff who can email me a copy of my W2, but they ignore the question and get rude. I can’t find the owner’s number anywhere, either. Whenever I call the hotel to speak with the manager, she’s never there, and the workers don’t know when she’ll be in.

The rooms made me feel at home, and the boss was so nice. During the storm, the place was kept clean and workers were on hand. The service was wonderful.

The room was very clean and everything worked properly. Front desk staff were respectful and really nice, and check-in was quick. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.
