The peaceful instrumental music in the common area set a nice tone for our stay. We also loved the river view and the jetted tub in our room. Breakfast was a highlight: each day we filled out a slip with what we wanted and when we'd like to eat in the dining room the next morning. Room service was available for an extra charge. We had French toast one morning and wild rice quiche the next, and both were perfection. A fantastic weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful, relaxing anniversary stay, and the hostess was great. The breakfasts were light but good for the warmer weather, and the place was very clean. The TV in the Birch room needs replacing because the speaker sounded blown and the volume was poor. The volume control is on the side of the remote. We let the staff know. We really enjoyed our stay for our 34th anniversary.

Such a fun town, and the lobby is adorable with lots of goodies. The staff were super nice, and Roxy responds quickly when you need something. We had an awesome weekend and will be back :)

Roxy made our birthday celebration feel really special, and she was so helpful with food and drink suggestions, most of them within walking distance. We ended up loving the peace and quiet at the hotel so much that we mostly just hung out there. We stayed in the spacious Geiger Suite on the main floor. It had lovely river views from the big enclosed porch, the bathroom Jacuzzi, and the private outside deck. There's also a huge deck below for guests, though we never saw anyone sitting there. The gorgeous room had Van Gogh art, and a gas fireplace in the King bedroom. Breakfast was delicious, with a great view from every window.

The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, and the room was beautiful. It was quiet, comfortable, and thoroughly relaxing. Roxy, the hostess, was friendly, and breakfast was yummy.
