The bathroom alone made this the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was feces on the shower curtain and wall, pubic hair on the floor and in the shower, and old soap stuck to the shower. I had to buy cleaning supplies just to make it usable. The lamps had food residue on them, and the window wouldn’t close, so cold air poured in and we had to ask for extra blankets. We asked to switch rooms and were told none were available. Since we were out at an event during the day, housekeeping hadn’t come in, so we asked the man at the counter, Jolly, for fresh towels when we got back. He was less than friendly and said housekeeping should have handled it. Jolly isn’t so jolly. The toilet seat was so loose that my husband slid off it. He also fell in the room because the floor was very uneven. I’m concerned there may be structural problems, and the building should be inspected thoroughly. The staff weren’t helpful. We contacted management and heard nothing back, and after we contacted Wyndham, the owner never responded either. We definitely overpaid. The hotel keeps changing its name, maybe because of the hundreds of bad reviews. I’d avoid staying here at all costs.
