The owner went above and beyond to look after me, and the front desk ladies were welcoming, helpful, and nice. One of them, Sandy, even brought me a parfait from home. My room was clean, quiet, and affordable, with great wifi for streaming. The water is always hot and the AC gets as cold as I like. It's about 18 minutes from the Cargill plant, and the weekly rate is reasonable. 10/10 service. I can't say enough good things about the place.

You really can't beat the price, and the staff were very helpful. The property was well maintained, and we'll be back. I could have done without being challenged when I asked for more toilet paper. For Service Dog owners, after I showed my dog's ID, which I know they aren't supposed to ask for and I wasn't required to provide, they applied the pet deposit I was charged toward another night's stay. It's a very small town, so I overlooked things that would count as huge issues anywhere else.

I stayed 10 nights for work and thought it was a great motel. The rooms are well lit, with plenty of electrical outlets, and parking right by the door was convenient. The walls were solid enough that noise from other rooms wasn't a problem. There's a laundromat across the street, and having no carpet was good for my allergies. Staff were friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The lady saw we had a large family and had already pulled out the couch with sheets and blankets, plus set up an air mattress with blankets. She also left spare towels and soap. Breakfast was as good as you'd expect at another two-star motel, and better than at most Super 8s.
