The customer service was outstanding, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They even let me keep my room past 11am while I waited for my ride to the airport, though they didn't have to. I really appreciated that extra kindness. The room looked new, was clean, and matched the online photos exactly. I had a great stay and definitely recommend this motel!

It was quiet and comfortable in the building, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. I'll definitely come back when I visit my son at William Penn!

It was quiet, and most of the room was clean. There was hair in the bathtub drain, but everything else was clean. Breakfast was included, though the juice machine was out of every flavor and the waffle mix was too watery to make waffles.

After a long day on the road, this was just what we needed: a clean place, friendly staff, and good breakfast. The staff went above and beyond with an unusual request and were kind about it.

The rooms were very nice and looked recently updated. Breakfast was just okay, though. I ate the same biscuits and gravy three days in a row.
